[51.] How do you measure success? Has your idea of success changed since you made the decision to become healthier?


Right now, I'm measuring success as my ability to stick with this day after day. I'm really trying to get over depending on the numbers on the scale and just concentrate on the physical changes that I feel. Before I started, I thought I had to weigh 135 pounds to be healthy. But, I've since learned about fat mass vs. lean body mass. I will NEVER be 135, and I have absolutely no problem with that. As a matter of fact, it's a great big burden off of me.
